LOYALTY REWARDS PROGRAM (LRP) & THE BENEFITS OF ORDERING MONTHLY
LRP is dōTERRA’s Loyalty Rewards Program. It gives you credit points back on each LRP order of 50PV or more, which you can cash in for free oils and products! 😃😃 Think of your LRP points as dōTERRA dollars!
This is a fantastic way to expand your collection and try new oils and products!
You can activate your LRP the month after you enrol. You start the program on 10% (of the PV from your order) back in product credit and can progress up to 30% after a year. To progress through the % ranks, you need to order a minimum of 50pv each month for 3 consecutive months. Then every 3 consecutive months after that earns you a further 5%. After 13 months you will be earning 30% PV back on all orders over 50PV.
Fast Track
Some enrolment kits fast track the % rank to 15% or 20% back immediately.
Product of the Month
If you set your LRP to process between the 2nd and 15th and it’s 125pv or more, you get the free product of the month! 💜
To earn the free product of the month you still need to pay for 125pv.
Because LRP is a monthly auto-ship order you need to update it each month. Otherwise, the same order sent the following month.
You only need to order one item each month to keep your LRP ticking over and maintain your points and % rank.
LRP credit points begin accruing from month 1 of your LRP. These points will not show until the 15th/16th of the third month. Eg. If you enrol in April then start an LRP in May order in June, you’ll receive all LRP credit points mid-July. From then on, your credit points are added to your account the month after you place your LRP.
All Aussie LRPs have full postage costs given back as credit points. Eg. If postage is $7.95, you get 8 credit points (which you can use to buy around $9/10 of oils). Enrolment orders earn full postage costs back in points. 😃 (Enrolment orders do not earn LRP points)
You are able to keep track of your LRP credit points and % in the dashboard of your back office.
Redeeming Credit Points
Spend your credit points in your cart by selecting the drop-down arrow “Use points”. When using credit points to pay for oils and products, the PV of these items is deducted from your order total.
1 full price item must be added and paid for within the same order.
When redeeming credit points, the PV shown can be different from the PV displayed if you were to buy it. Check here for points redemption info

It costs $3 each time you use your credit points to get free products. Save them up for a little while to make it more cost effective. I usually wait until I have at least 100 points before I spend them.
LRP credit points expire after 12 months so don’t save them up for too long! 😜
If you are sharing and building the business you must have a 100pv template in place all times. Weekly fast start & commissions will not be paid if a 100pv minimum order fails to process.
